After you have settled, and your body has adjusted to the detoxification process comfortably; you will begin working with a therapist.

Together, with your therapist, you will discuss your family and addiction history to create a treatment plan for you, designed to meet your needs and accomplish your goals. At the treatment facility you will participate in a vast array of educational and process groups to learn to better understand yourself, your addiction, and how to move forward with your life. In the meditation, yoga, and guided imagery groups you will become more in tune with yourself spiritually, gaining skills to maintain peace in your life.
