You can live in one of our executive sober living houses while participating in outpatient treatment as many or as few days as needed. At the same time you can re-integrate yourself into the community by working, volunteering or attending school.

Challenges at work, difficult people, even traffic, in early recovery can feel like an insurmountable task to deal with. As a sensitive person, while under the influence, you did not feel the depth of emotion related to everyday stress.

Now that your head has cleared and you are ready to work or go back to school, you can practice the coping skills you’ve learned in theory while in treatment. When you run into situations that are difficult or new, you will have as much support as you need, up to 24 hour with the sober living staff at your disposal and counselors on call.

You can be gentle with yourself. You can accept that living life without anesthesia is an entirely different experience than what you have done in the past, and that it is okay to take the help that is available to you.

Getting clean and sober is an accomplishment. Extended care is like an insurance policy on your sobriety, and you deserve this chance at a happy destiny.
